Jutta Dönges and Holger Kreetz start positions in Uniper Board of Management, Klaus-Dieter Maubach leaves company
Tomorrow, on March 1, 2023, Uniper’s new Chief Financial Officer, Jutta Dönges, and the new Chief Operating Officer, Holger Kreetz, will take on their positions in Uniper’s Board of Management.
Klaus-Dieter Maubach has resigned from his Board position as of the end of February. Uniper had announced in January that he will leave the company.
The Supervisory Board is in an advanced process to appoint a successor for the CEO position and expects that the appointment can take place very soon.
Until the time of succession, corresponding tasks will be assumed on an interim basis by Jutta Dönges and Holger Kreetz.
I am looking forward to taking on my position at Uniper. There is a strong dynamic within the energy markets, and Uniper has an important role to play in many areas. This makes the role of the CFO interesting and challenging at the same time. Acting as a team we will work with great enthusiasm.
Uniper is entering a new chapter. I look forward to joining the Board of Management tomorrow. Together with the Uniper team, we will work on developing a new strategy and secure Uniper’s future. We will ensure continuity in the work of the Board of Management.
