Uniper will present itself to its shareholders at its purely virtual Annual General Meeting next Wednesday, May 19. Shareholders will be able to exercise their voting rights in full as usual and thus also decide, among other things, on the payment of the proposed dividend of 1.37 euros per share for the 2020 financial year. A specially set-up portal will also allow shareholders to submit their questions in advance of the Annual General Meeting.

Already today, the speech of Uniper´s CEO Prof. Dr. Klaus-Dieter Maubach will be published on the Uniper SE website. The publication of the speech before the Annual General Meeting enables shareholders to prepare questions about the speech and to submit them in advance to the virtual Annual General Meeting.
