Tailored solutions for industrial processed steam
Join us at the Industrial Heat & Power trade fair in Brabanthallen, Den Bosch, The Netherlands from 8-10 October 2019. We will be bringing our Industrial Customer Solutions (ICS) and engineering services to the Benelux industry.
IMechE Boiler User Group
Our engineering experts are presenting three presentations at the IMechE Boiler User Group on 9-10 October. David Marks presents our lessons learnt from failures on energy from waste and biomass power plants,Christian Kortz presents a concept study for biomass conversion at an existing conventional power plant and Lorenzo Castillo Garcia will share detailed steady-state furnace cavity section modelling integrated in a plant.
Digitalization in the wind industry
Liam Sharkey will be presenting 'delivering actionable insights through digitalization' at the VGB Digitalization in the wind industry on Thursday 24 October in Vienna. Over the last decade we have developed a Predictive Maintenance Hub to manage the insights through early detection of failures, adding significant value with increased availability, performance and cost reduction.
Effective Use of Boiler Tube Failure Outages
This is a one day training course taking place on 5 November, intended principally for engineers who are directly involved in the repair of boiler tubes during forced outages, but it is of value to anyone concerned with maintenance or operational aspects of boiler tube failures. The objective of this course is to impart understanding of BTFs and the actions which can be taken during short forced outages to minimize their long term overall cost.
Effective Boiler Tube Failure Management
This is a one day training course taking place on 6 November, intended principally for engineers who are directly involved in the strategic management of boiler tubes, whether operationally or commercially, but it is of value to anyone concerned with maintenance or operational aspects of boiler tube failures. The objective of this course is to impart understanding on the principles of BTF management with respect to both the safe operation and availability of plant and the impact of operational changes on tubing integrity that ultimately influence maintenance planning.
