Just transition
We’re closing coal-fired power stations in Europe. We intend to ensure the viability of these facilities — and safeguard as many jobs as possible — by repurposing them for a low-carbon world. We also intend to live up to our responsibilities toward our coal value chain. These efforts reflect our commitment to a just transition.
