Women in the energy business

Long gone are the days when vocations were strictly segregated by gender. Nevertheless, the energy sector in particular is still heavily dominated by men. We are committed to changing this and making our teams as diverse as possible. We have interviewed our colleague Mehrnoush Rafati, Head of Strategic Partnerships Solar, Germany & Benelux, to ask her a few questions about women in the energy sector. She told us about her experience, the changes in the past years and her wishes for the future.
