Our strategy journey

Times are changing. The global population is growing. Energy demand is increasing globally. And climate protection has become the predominant social issue. Facing these mounting challenges calls for both ambition and an evolutionary approach. That is why, at Uniper, we’ve set ourselves the task of providing the energy needed today, while taking smart, steady steps towards a thriving and sustainable tomorrow. Our strategy for these changing times has three interrelated components: decarbonization, customer centricity, and security of supply.

Uniper's story to date is one of steady and successful development, but our journey is not over!
