Gerhard Holtmeier is a new member of the Uniper Supervisory Board
- Holtmeier appointed as supervisory board member by court order today
- Successor to Jutta Dönges, who has been a member of the Uniper board as CFO since March

Gerhard Holtmeier, Managing Director of UBG Uniper Beteiligungsholding GmbH since December 2022, is a new member of Uniper's Supervisory Board as of today. The Düsseldorf Local Court has appointed him today as a member of the Supervisory Board and informed the Uniper Board of Management. Holtmeier will be proposed to Uniper shareholders for election at the annual general meeting on 24 May.
Holtmeier was proposed by the Federal Ministry of Finance and the UBG as successor to Jutta Dönges, who moved from the Uniper Supervisory Board to the Board of Management on 1 March, where she is responsible for finance as CFO. Holtmeier, who holds a doctorate in law and is a lawyer, was, among other things, head of the Berlin utility GASAG and a member of the board of VNG - Verbundnetz Gas in Leipzig and of Thüga in Munich. He will remain Managing Director of UBG and continue to exercise the Federal Government's guest right on Uniper's Supervisory Board.
