Trainees
Start your career as a Uniper trainee and become part of our Uniper trainee program. As a trainee, you have the opportunity to get to know different areas of the company and gain valuable experience. The program, with a combination of predefined and flexible stations, includes the opportunity to gain international experience and work in interdisciplinary business areas.
You will receive extensive training tailored to your individual needs, consisting of training courses, workshops, a group project and a power plant placement. Coaching, support from an individual mentor and an assigned buddy round off the program. In all phases, you have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and develop your team skills.
