Voting rights notifications

A list of shareholders who have exceeded or fallen short of the legally prescribed reporting thresholds can be found here.

We request that shareholders who are obliged to notify Uniper SE of any change in voting rights shares send the corresponding notification electronically to the following e-mail address:

Please use the two electronic files in PDF and XML format. Standard forms are available on the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority's (BaFin) website. In addition, we would like to ask you to write "voting rights notification" in the subject line of the notification mail.

Should electronic transmission not be possible for the receipt of notifications due to a technical problem of our systems, we kindly ask you to send the notification in written form by post or by fax to the following address or fax number:

Pursuant to Section 40 (1) WpHG, Uniper SE is obliged to publish without delay within specified periods the voting rights notifications that it has received pursuant to Section 33 WpHG. This is executed via DGAP (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Ad-hoc-Publizität mbH).
