Electronic Invoicing

For all larger Uniper companies, electronic invoicing is possible and highly appreciated. Please send your electronic invoice to the assigned email-box of your Uniper customer to support immediate processing.

Please follow these rules to ensure automated processing:

• one invoice per email only
• one attachment per email only
• attachment/invoice in pdf format
• if adressee is not the service/goods recipient, the service/goods recipient has to be stated with full address additionally

Postal Invoicing

For most Uniper units, postal / paper invoices are processed by an external service provider and via centralized, country specific P. O. box addresses. Invoices that are sent to any other location have to be passed on manually, which leads to delays and - worst case - to the loss of your invoice.

Please ensure that - besides the correct postal address - the service/goods recipient is stated on the invoice with full address.
The invoice verification process is managed by the internal service provider Uniper Financial Services for most Uniper companies.

Please always state the number of our purchase order on your invoice.
Please send your invoice via one dispatch route only.

Send warranties

Please send all warranty documents (warranty-certificates) separately from the invoice to the following Uniper Financial Service address:
