The HSSE & Sustainability Policy sets objectives and priorities, providing the framework for developing and evaluating the Sustainability Strategy Plan (SSP).

Our Code of Conduct sets binding principles for all employees, covering anti-corruption, human rights, and lawful, responsible workplace behavior.

We endeavor to work with partners who follow similar values and principles as we do. 

Our know-your-counterparty policy defines processes for identifying, assessing, and reporting risks associated with potential and current business partners.

Our Tax Transparency Report provides information on how we deal with tax issues and what tax contributions we made in the reporting year.

In accordance with the German Supply Chain Duty of Care Act, we have published our Human Rights Strategy Policy Statement, in which we explain our approach to risk identification and management on these important issues.
